Head of Commercial, Marketing Agency, Tunbridge Wells, Upto £125,000 DoE
I am recruiting for an immediate requirement for a Head of Commercial for a bright and vibrant agency. They have an impressive amount of blue-chip pharma company clients that renew or extend their projects due to the hugely positive impacts they have on product launch success. The volume of work has grown extensively and the company has achieved double-digit growth year on year!.
This is a new position for the company as they look to expand their leadership team to 6 people, who each are responsible for a different aspect of the business. The Head of Commercial role will entail:
- Developing the strategy for all accounts to ensure that the business is constantly achieving and exceeding its targets.
- Successfully developing new business opportunities with existing and new clients
- Planning, recruiting, and leading the BD team
- Leading the optimisation of the company brand, marketing plan, and team.
The ideal candidate should have a background similar to the following:
- Experience in leading a commercial team within the Pharmaceutical industry.
- A ‘make it happen’ attitude when following up on leads and spotting potential growth opportunities
- Product launch experience desired but not essential
