The Company

The Role

• Working across the medical communications and learning and development teams, this role offers variety and the chance to broaden knowledge base.
• Timeline development and management, client interaction, strategy development.
• Main point of contact for client projects.
• Leading on kick-off calls, status meetings and creating an agenda.
• Supporting and advising client on Medical/Legal/Regulatory.
• Evolving and promoting the agencies processes.
• Liaise with 3^rd parties, all internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage development of internal training resources or SOPs.
• Mentoring junior team members, guide and advise.

You

• Must have at least 4 years experience within a medical communications agency.
• Learning and development experience would be great, but if not, you must have the willingness to flex across this account.
• Must be used to handle multiple tasks at once, work to deadlines but still able to motivate team in a positive manner.
• Experience in mentoring/managing team.
• Used to leading on briefings and pitches.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal skills, be upbeat and enjoy an energetic agency.
