Account Manager – Medical Devices – North Germany.– Upto €80k Salary D.o.E + Benefits & Bonus

The Company

  • We are working with a European medical device company in their search to appoint an experienced Account Manager ideally based within the Hannover area to oversee the North of Germany. Our client’s products are focused within the Diagnostic area, and we are seeking an energetic and driven Account Manager with previous experience with diagnostic devices within a clinical or laboratory setting.

The Role

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders you’re your clients groups within the territory.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling the portfolio of medical devices.

  • Identify new business opportunities and strategically position the products to meet the unique needs of each client.

  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Provide training and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the features and benefits of our client’s product range.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges.

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in either a scientific or business discipline.  

  • Good theoretical or practical knowledge in the area of the clinical/laboratory diagnostics

  • German native speaker or equivalent & excellent proficiency in English.

  • 3+ years’ experience within a similar account manager role.

  • Knowledge of the European healthcare system & reimbursement pathways.    

  • Team player able to work collaboratively within a matrix organisation.    

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.  

  • Driving license and the ability to travel for up 80% of your working week.
