API Sales Manager – US – Global specialty and branded pharmaceutical company. Up to $150,000 per annum plus a comprehensive bonus & benefits package

The Role

  • You will be responsible for driving the business in the sales of API’s in the United States.

  • Building market knowledge and insight to create new sales revenue by positioning the group's strategy, vision and value proposition to key buying influencers and decision-makers.

  • Growing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities, identifying customer needs and consulting with them to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Managing the end-to-end sales process with the existing client base as well as identifying new customers and winning new opportunities.

You

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a scientific discipline.
  • 5+ years sales experience of APIs across the US.
  • Strong understanding of the drug development process.    
  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholder's and customers at all levels.    
  • Commercially astute with a robust business acumen.  
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
