The Role

The role of a Client Services Manager is a 51:49 blend of customer service and commercial skills. In this role, you will be…

  • Given client operations management responsibilities such as planning and delivering high standard market research projects to meet client expectations
  • Given account management responsibilities such as preserving existing business and helping generate new business within each account by delivering a positive client experience
  • Given technical and procedural responsibilities such as driving the uptake, integration, and utilisation of Sermo’s technology across client accounts
  • Responsible for planning and managing the delivery of clients’ projects, establishing procedures while managing all elements of the client experience with an emphasis on eliminating churn and driving growth across a portfolio of accounts

You

To be successful at being the Client Services Manager, you will need the following skills and experiences:

  • Market Research Operations background (bonus: healthcare industry)
  • Commercially oriented thinking
  • Extensive project management or account management experience
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Leadership skills and established good relationships across functions

Bonus: Existing relationships with healthcare market research agencies/clients
