The Company

• My client is a market leading Global Pharma company that specialises in Iron Deficiency.
• They pride themselves on having a great culture, and great flexibility.
• They are now searching for a Clinical Educator to work with them across South Wales and South West, and with some coverage of South Central,

The Role

• Involves working closely with the Anaemia Business Manager to cover target hospitals and help with switches from competitor products.
• You will help with product training and provide education for the IV therapeutic.
• The role consults with infusion nurses and key consultants in iron within secondary care.
• All training will be given within the role to provide a ramp for understanding and development.

You

• This role would suit either a Nurse, Midwife, or Clinical Educator who has great personality, and who is happy to provide demonstrations and education.
• Clinical experience giving IV, someone who has an interest in education, customer focused, patient focused, professionalism, desire to want to come into the pharma industry, someone who will challenge the RBD, and someone who can think outside the box.
• Someone who can learn to work within a more commercial role while making a difference.
• Any experience with Iron Deficiency would be great but not a requisite.
