Clinical Research Quality Control Officer – Clinical Trials – London – Up to £65,000 D.O.E + Benefits.

The Company

Carrot Recruitment are acting as a recruitment agency sourcing a Clinical Research Quality Control Officer for a permanent full-time position. With 3 days from the London site and 2 days travelling to other sites across the UK, this is a great opportunity to join a global leader in clinical trials who is making positive headway in their focus therapeutic area across the UK and US.

 

The Role

  • Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the clinical research teams across multiple sites.
  • Maintenance of the TMFs and clinical trial databases.
  • Preparation of all inspections and audits
  • Ensure compliance of all SOPs and IOPs and other trial documents
  • Creation of QA initiatives to improve quality and process improvement
  • Carry out internal audits, create reports of findings and implement new frameworks to ensure future efficient and compliant process
  • Assist the study team with the preparation of trial specific source documentation
  • Manage all quality issues across all sites.

You

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science or relevant scientific or health-related area.
  • Extensive clinical trial experience working for a prolonged period of time in a role such as a senior clinical research associate in the UK, in a CRO, Biotech or Pharmaceutical company
  • Recent GCP certification
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively dependant on timelines
  • Excellent communications skills both in verbally and in writing
