Colorectal Nurse - Leicester – Medical Devices – Up to £37k D.o.E, Private Health care, Professional Membership fees paid.

Carrot is partnering with a national leader in the introduction of innovative and high-quality health care products and medical devices to health care professionals, industry, and pharmacy supply chain partners across the UK.

The Role

• This role reports to the Colorectal Nurse Manager, delivering safe and patient centred services whilst meeting national, regional, and local requirements.

• Provide clinical expertise to the specialist area of colorectal cancer and colorectal disease.

• This will include meeting medical, physical, and emotional needs by effectively communicating with the patient and their families whilst ensuring they are cared for in a safe and comfortable environment.

• You will utilise specialist skills including Stoma care, preoperative and post operative care along with advanced communication and management of complex patients and support others towards the same.

• Ability to interrogate data and formulate advice, plans of action and reports.

You

• Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin.

• Colorectal or Stoma experience or specialist knowledge essential

• Motivated and forward-thinking individual with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritise care and use initiative within a team and as an individual, seeking support as required.

• Evidence of self-development and service improvement and a desire to continue this.
