Colorectal Nurse - Leicester – Medical Devices – Up to £37k D.o.E, Private Health care, Professional Membership fees paid.
Carrot is partnering with a national leader in the introduction of innovative and high-quality health care products and medical devices to health care professionals, industry, and pharmacy supply chain partners across the UK.
This role reports to the Colorectal Nurse Manager, delivering safe and patient centred services whilst meeting national, regional, and local requirements.
Provide clinical expertise to the specialist area of colorectal cancer and colorectal disease.
This will include meeting medical, physical, and emotional needs by effectively communicating with the patient and their families whilst ensuring they are cared for in a safe and comfortable environment.
You will utilise specialist skills including Stoma care, preoperative and post operative care along with advanced communication and management of complex patients and support others towards the same.
Ability to interrogate data and formulate advice, plans of action and reports.
Registered General Nurse with valid NMC pin.
Colorectal or Stoma experience or specialist knowledge essential
Motivated and forward-thinking individual with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise care and use initiative within a team and as an individual, seeking support as required.
Evidence of self-development and service improvement and a desire to continue this.
