Database Co-Ordinator - Med Comms Agency – Cheshire – 23k + Bens

This Global Med Comms Agency is looking for a highly organised and diligent Database Co-Ordinator to join their global office based in Cheshire. The role primarily involves providing support to the client teams through efficient management of database and skilful use of client management tools like Zinc.

The Role

The Database Co-Ordinator role is set within a vibrant and sociable team environment that focusses on database management using client management tools (Datavision and/or Zinc) to ensure accuracy of data

  • Provide high-quality support to account teams by creating and maintaining Datavision
  • Proactively work with account teams to ensure databases are up to date and reviews completed on schedule
  • Maintain medical journal and medical congress information spreadsheets for regular discussion
  • Ensure account teams are kept up to date with the latest Datavision features and requirements
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is obtained from authors in a well-organised and timely manner

You

Are you comfortable working with large amounts of data processing on a day-to-day basis? Do you have experience using Veeva Vault PromoMats (formally Zinc MAPS) or PubStrat? Are you someone with a Formal Datavision accreditation looking for a job opportunity? Are you highly organised and pose excellent communication skills? If so, this role is perfect for you!

  • Strong data creation, formatting, and editing skills
  • Strong knowledge of publication-related auditory requirements, standards, compliance, and governance
  • Excellent written, numerical, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience within a medical publications business a distinct advantage, but other publication sectors would be considered
  • Foundational knowledge of GDPR
  • Ability to follow processes and make suggestions for improvements where appropriate and have a keen attention to detail
