The Role
The role of an Executive Director (ED) is to lead a team comprising Directors, Managers and Associates in delivering high quality HEOR and market access projects, ensuring team members remain aligned to the company vision, uphold the company’s values, and achieve all targets and goals.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, Executive Directors are responsible for the success and growth of their individual team and will work together with other Executive Directors, and colleagues across functions, to ensure the company meets its overall goals.
You

Significant senior leadership experience within HEOR & HTA

Evidence of a high level of proficiency in leadership roles and people management, and to provide guidance and support to others.

Experience developing and implementing standards & processes designed to improve and optimise operation efficiency.

Experience of recruiting, motivating, managing, and developing a team

Experience analysing team performance and providing solutions to team issues

Excellent business development experience, including evidence of the ability to generate new business and grow existing business by effective lead generation, proposal and pitch development.

Working closely with clients at all levels, building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and non-health economics stakeholders

Degree level qualification (2.1 or higher) in a numerical and/or analytical scientific
discipline (e.g. Maths, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operational Science, MORSE, Biochemistry)

MSc/PhD in Health Economics, Medical Statistics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics or Econometrics, or equivalent
