Key Account Manager – Small Pharma Company – North East – Competitive Salary + Bonus Scheme

The Company

  • The company have a global presence in almost 100 different countries, but a small, close-knit feel in the UK.

  • They have a strong portfolio of products, with genuine interest and advocacy from Healthcare Professionals and this role reports into a great manager.

  • The company promotes autonomy and trust for their KAMs to drive sales on their territories.

  • The company is not call rate or KPI driven, you are measured on your outputs and sales successes, with a strong emphasis on true Key Account Manager and business planning.

  • The team are sociable and high performing.

The Role

This true KAM role for the North East involves:

  • Working across primary care, secondary care and ICBs, managing all key customers on your territory who can influence your business.

  • Promoting a portfolio of products in men and women's health.

  • Working on all necessary market access as there is no HDM on territory.

  • Striving to hit and exceed sales targets by building up a strong network across your territory and pulling through sales.

You

To be considered for interview by this company, you will:

  • Live on territory in the North East.

  • Be experienced working in primary care and ideally have some secondary care experience too.

  • Have a strong track record of sales success and be confident in your business planning abilities and commercial mindset.

  • Be ABPI qualified.

  • Be a team player, have an outgoing personality and be keen to be a part of a friendly and successful team.

  • Be self-motivated and strategic enough to work as a true KAM.
