I am recruiting for an immediate requirement for a Launch Excellence Partner, Training & Delivery to work for a bright and vibrant global launch excellence agency. They have an impressive number of clients that renew or extend their contracts due to the hugely positive impacts they have on product launch success.
Working as a Launch Excellence Partner, Training & Delivery, your role will involve:
Deliver training across our client group and internal team
Helping to co-create the continuous Ignite training programmes
Developing customer engagement programmes based on an understanding of client and user satisfaction
Overseeing the day-to-day running and coordination of key accounts and projects
Account Management & Reporting
Creating Statements of Work for client portfolios
If you wish to be considered for this Launch Excellence Partner, Training & Delivery position, our client is looking for someone with the following background:
Prior experience working within the healthcare industry &/or a training consultancy
Highly competent use of Microsoft Office programmes, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Expert use of Outlook and Teams
The ability to network and quickly build relationships
