Medical Information Manager - Hertfordshire – Up to £70,000k per annum D.o.E + Bonus and Car Allowance
The Company
Carrot Recruitment are supporting a Pharmaceutical company in their search for a Medical Information Manager. Working in a well-established business in a niche area of the life sciences sector, this opportunity is the perfect platform to work with both local and global colleagues and reports directly into the Country Manager.
The Role
Including but limited to:
- Providing a high-quality medical information service, implementing effective and compliant frameworks within the department to achieve continuous improvement.
- Maintaining and updating medical information SOPs
- Responding to medical information enquiries
- Ensure that all standard response letters, FAQs and medical information content is maintained and updated as required.
- Respond to AEs and SAEs, completing the associated reports
- Fulfil line-management responsibilities to two direct reports, supporting with professional development and mentoring
- Work effectively with cross functional teams inclusive of global colleagues if required.
You
- Relevant Life Sciences Degree
- Proven experience of working in medical information roles for a prolonged period
- Working knowledge of ABPI code of practice and MDR
- Copy approval experience for both promotional and non-promotional materials
- Exceptional communication skills
- Pharmacovigilance exposure essential
