Meetings and Events Co-ordinator – Global Pharma Company – High Wycombe – Between £40-50k D.o.E

- A global pharma company with a strong UK presence, this pharmaceutical company has a broad range of therapy areas including cardiology, diabetes and oncology.

- They are now recruiting for a newly created role of: Meetings and Event Co-ordinator to support the commercial functions within the business.
The Role
- You will support the sales team in contacting HCPs in primary care, regarding various topics, for example; speaker meetings.
- In this brand new role, you will work on streamlining and improving overall admi processes around supporting KAMs, Clinical Specialists, and Area Managers funnelling paperwork through Veeva often regarding compliance, meetings and events.
- The other half of the role is supporting marketing with national meetings, including symposia, stand meetings and full organisation of the event itself.
- You will manage a HCP training programme, managing registration, attendance records and other associated admin.
- Their head office is based near High Wycombe, and you will ideally spend 3-5 days per week in the office.
You
- They are looking for someone who understands the ABPI, who is well organised, and has great attention to detail.
- Some pharma experience would be extremely valuable.
- You need to be very well organised and someone who can influence people and take ownership.
- Bright, enthusiastic, full of energy and with a great attention to detail. Perhaps you come from a sales or marketing background, perhaps a similar Meeting & Events Coordinator or perhaps Account Management or Project Management.
