My client is a global pharma company with a heritage in Oncology, Neuroscience, and Rare Diseases.

They now have the opportunity for a Systems Specialist to come and support their Veeva CRM.
The Role
-
Involves the day-to-day running of their Veeva CRM system, setting up users, looking after customers lists, uploading products, and making sure the product lists are accurate.

Management of customer consent, troubleshooting, and helping out the sales force.

Giving presentations and reporting on CRM data.

WFH 2 days a week, in-office 3 days.
You

This role would suit someone who has at least 1 year of experience with either Veeva or Salesforce as an admin.

The key attribute really is someone who can speak and communicate well with the salesforce while also training them on how to use it.

They’re also looking for someone who’s enthusiastic and bright, and who can work well with others.
