The Role
Carrot Recruitment have partnered with an established CRO, who are currently in need of a Principal Clinical Data Manager. As a Principal Clinical Data Manager, you will assume a leadership role in clinical data management tasks. Your primary responsibility will be the successful execution of multiple large or complex projects.

Lead clinical data management tasks for large-scale projects.

Act as the primary client interface for functional aspects.

Depending on expertise and interest, explore specialisation opportunities within data management.

Mentor and support junior team members.
You

Extensive experience in clinical data management within an ICH/GCP environment.

A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.

Proven track record in leading multiple large or complex global oncology studies, preferably within a Contract Research Organisation (CRO).

Proficiency in end-to-end data management activities, including database design/UAT, third-party vendor management, central data review, and close-out.

Experience in defining data strategies and data flows for complex trials involving multiple data sources.

Familiarity with data structures such as CDISC CDASH and STDM.

Significant experience using data reporting and review tools, including creating programming specifications.

Excellent communication skills, with a history of collaborating with global, cross-functional teams and engaging directly with clients and vendors.

Understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial methodology.

Proven ability to proactively manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.

Experience in preparing and leading client meetings, such as proposal defence presentations and kick-off meetings.

Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Exposure to Central/Risk-based Monitoring and Real-World Data is a plus.
Language Requirements
- Fluent in both French and English, as this role will require communication in both languages.
