Regional Business Manager – Small/Medium Pharma in UK (with global presence) – Northern England & Scotland – Highly Competitive Financial Package

The Company

  • My client is small to medium sized in the UK with a global footprint.
  • They entered the UK market a couple of years ago and have had huge growth and success with their brand-new launch.
  • It is an exciting time to join the company, in such an early stage of its growth and while still in launch phase with such a game changing product.
  • There is lots of autonomy, accountability and flexibility in the company as it evolves and establishes its culture and presence in the UK.

 

The Role

  • You will be managing a team of 7 experienced Senior Key Account Managers, with strong networks, energy and a drive to succeed.
  • Your KAMs have achieved some of the top performing territories in the country, with huge potential for continued growth.
  • You will continue to support the team on strategy and infield coaching to drive sales for the newly launched cardiology product.
  • You will develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand market share, working as part of a strong team of 3 Regional Business Managers for the UK.
  • You will hold regular team meetings to update, motivate and develop the team pulling in any cross-functional resources to aid team success.

 

You

  • You will currently be working as a successful first line sales manager in a pharmaceutical company and ideally have at least 3 years in this role.
  • Cardio-metabolic experience and launch experience is a huge advantage!
  • You will be happy to own customer relationships from the outset and support the team on regular field visits across the region (travel likely to be around 3 days per week).
  • You will have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and inspire a high performing team.
  • You will be adaptable, results orientated accountable and keen to take on an exciting challenge and be a part of a new company right at the beginning of its journey.
