The Company

A leading, international healthcare company is now recruiting a Regulatory Affairs Executive to join them on a permanent basis. With state-of-the-art offices in Central London, this company offers a hybrid working policy and plenty of flexibility. This role is ideal for someone who already has some experience in Regulatory Affairs and is now looking to progress their career in a supportive and ambitious company.

The Role

The role of Regulatory Affairs Executive will hold the following responsibilities;

  • Compilation of all regulatory documents including all Modules for submission according to local requirements on a UK and EU basis
  • Provide full regulatory support for assigned licensed products across the full life cycle, from pre-launch, launch, maintenance, discontinuation, and divestment
  • Preparation and submission of licences variations, piggyback applications, repeat use procedures and renewals
  • Liaise with 3rd parties and manage internal stakeholders
  • Informative texts for healthcare professionals and patients (SmPC, PIL, Labelling)

You

To be considered for this Regulatory Affairs Executive role, ideally you will have the following experience;

  • 3 years’ experience in Regulatory Affairs, ideally both new product development and post approval
  • Generics experience is useful, but pharma will also be considered
  • Good knowledge of UK/EU legislation
  • Awareness of Extedo ECTD publishing software
  • Life sciences degree
