Our client is looking for an experienced Research Manager or Associate Director who can lead a team of associates and analysts to ensure quantitative and qualitative research projects are designed, analysed and delivered successfully. The Role

The role as a Research Manager or Associate Director will involve the following key responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day activities involve interacting with clients and ensuring their needs are well met.

  • Manage all aspects of projects delivery from kick-off to delivery of final presentation to the client, including creation of study materials and strict adherence to project timelines.

  • Experience managing and mentoring junior level staff.

  • Ensure project objectives are met and findings are presented with a high degree of professionalism, in a timely manner - making sure clients are delighted with the work we do and the manner in which we do it

  • Managing multiple client interactions.


To apply for this role as a Research Manager or Associate Director our client is looking for someone with the following skills and experience…

  • A number of years of primary market research experience with a market research firm or equivalent.

  • Experience in managing qualitative and quantitative research, with strong skills in writing surveys.

  • Experience with multi-variate statistical methods and advanced statistical modelling

  • Strong people management skills and the ability to develop and grow team members

  • Academic qualifications---MS/MBA

  • Advanced degree in Business, Market Research, Management Science, Social Science or Mathematical Statistics preferred
