Senior Account Manager – Creative and Digital – Medical Communications – Great list of benefits – L&D and DE&I focus. Remote/London/Manchester

The Role

  • Responsible for the execution of the client plan and key accounts.

  • Working on creative and digital projects.

  • Partnering with the medical writing team, creative team and third part suppliers to deliver high spec projects for the clients.

  • Building and maintaining positive and enduring client relationships across multiple levels.

  • Financial management and forecasting.

  • Building innovate programmes and content.

  • Leading client account status meetings and providing clear direction.

  • Contributing and delivering presentation pitches.

  • Running multiple projects autonomously and smoothly.

  • Bringing a positive and progressive approach.


  • Experience within a healthcare agency for at least 3 years with a creative and digital focus.

  • Experience within an account management, partnership focused role.

  • Strong client partnership skills.

  • Experience in mentoring or line managing.

  • Strong financial acumen,

  • Must be strategic and confident.

  • A proactive and positive mindset.
