Senior Account Manager – Medical Communications – London/Remote – £Competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Role

  • Working on unbranded disease awareness, advocacy, and public health campaigns.
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on assigned advocacy and policy accounts, supported by team
  • Working on client projects collaboratively with internal teams to achieve objectives in the most effective way.
  • Participates in development of clients’ advocacy and policy strategies and tactics; collaborates with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure consensus around tactics’ scope and approach.
  • Establishes and meets internal client and project revenue targets.
  • Mentoring the junior team members in a positive manner
  • Building good relationships with the client and understanding their needs


  • Experience in a professional environment within the advocacy, policy and external affairs/communications industries.
  • Integrated communications experience preferred but not essential.
  • Must be highly organized, mindful of deadlines and budgets, able to multi-task and work under limited supervision.

  • May participate in new business development through proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow existing business in the advocacy and policy space.
  • Must have a passion for science and people.
  • You like to be creative, like to include designers and deliver exceptional work.

  • You must have a flair for client services and enjoy speaking with and forming relationships with people.
