Senior Clinical Data Manager – Multinational Pharma – Selected Europe (Remote/Hydbrid working options) – £Competitive 

The Company

Carrot is partnering with a Global Pharmaceutical company focused on finding novel and vibrant ways of advancing healthcare. They are on the search for a new Senior Clinical Data manager. You will oversee clinical data management activities, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of clinical trial data. You'll coordinate a team in a matrix environment and ensure high-quality deliverables.

The Role

• Lead and manage all Clinical Data Management deliverables for global trials (Phases I-IIIb).
• Develop and implement risk-based strategies for data collection, cleaning, and quality assurance.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through comprehensive review and validation.
• Represent Clinical Data Management on the Core Trial Team and serve as the main contact for data-related tasks.
• Oversee the quality and submission readiness of clinical databases and data packages (e.g., CDISC).

You

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a scientific or technical field, preferably in life sciences or data management.
• Strong experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
• Commitment to continuous learning and bringing fresh insights to drive innovation and process improvement.
• Proven ability to lead and manage end-to-end data management activities and coordinate global teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
