The Role

• Developing medical content independently and in link with the clients strategy
• Develop content that meets HCPs needs and supports the needs of the client
• Able to use multiple writing styles and adapt when needed
• Successfully combine science knowledge, technical information and commercial objectives of the client to deliver content
• Thoroughly understand client data, therapy areas and commercial goals
• Build relationships with clients with the goal of becoming an invaluable scientific and strategic partner
• Work collaboratively with other teams to successfully deliver the project plan in accordance to budget and guidelines
• Working with the account management team to highlight new opportunities
• Take part in pitching to potential new clients
• Contributing to the pitch process and new business proposals
• Mentoring other team members and create processes to improve efficiency
• Supporting with scientific reviews to ensure factual accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements/code. Ensures quality feedback is provided to junior writers to support development

You

• Life sciences or medical degree, preferably combined with a MSc or PhD
• Med Comms agency experience
• Experience writing for different target audiences
• Experience in mentoring others
• Great verbal and written skills
• Attention to detail
