The Role

Create preliminary drafts and frameworks for various materials, such as publications, slide decks, reports, and training resources, in accordance with project guidelines across multiple accounts and therapy areas.

Assist in coordinating and facilitating onsite client meetings, including symposia, advisory boards, congresses, and client-agency gatherings. Serve as the primary scientific liaison for clients and external experts during these events.

Serve as the primary contact person for clients, external experts, and, when necessary, suppliers throughout the project's execution. Additionally, act as a crucial point of communication within the internal team to ensure smooth project delivery.

Participate in both internal and client-led training sessions whenever required and conduct sessions for Junior Writers, giving feedback where necessary.

Previous agency experiencing as a Medical Writer or Senior Medical Writer capacity.

Ideally someone who can visit our North West / London office – we will consider remote options.
