Senior Medical Writer –Publications – Oncology – North West or London (Hybrid or Remote) - £55k

The Role

  • Create preliminary drafts and frameworks for various materials, such as publications, slide decks, reports, and training resources, in accordance with project guidelines across multiple accounts and therapy areas.

  • Assist in coordinating and facilitating onsite client meetings, including symposia, advisory boards, congresses, and client-agency gatherings. Serve as the primary scientific liaison for clients and external experts during these events.

  • Serve as the primary contact person for clients, external experts, and, when necessary, suppliers throughout the project's execution. Additionally, act as a crucial point of communication within the internal team to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Participate in both internal and client-led training sessions whenever required and conduct sessions for Junior Writers, giving feedback where necessary.


  • Life Science Graduate
  • Previous agency experiencing as a Medical Writer or Senior Medical Writer capacity.
  • Ideally someone who can visit our North West / London office – we will consider remote options.
