The Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior or Principal Statistical Programmer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading programming activities on clinical trial projects, ensuring the highest quality deliverables are produced in accordance with project timelines and budget.

Lead programming activities for multiple clinical trial projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.

Develop, test and maintain SAS programs for clinical trial data analysis and reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Biostatistics, Data Management and Clinical Operations to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior programmers and review their work to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.

Ensure all programming activities comply with regulatory requirements and company SOPs.

Contribute to the development and improvement of programming processes and best practices.
You

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of SAS programming experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Strong knowledge of SAS programming for clinical trials, including experience with CDISC standards and regulatory submissions.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Experience leading programming activities on multiple projects, including mentoring and guiding junior programmers.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
