Senior Research Consultant – London (Hybrid) – Healthcare Market Research Agency - Up to £40,000

The Role
The typical daily responsibilities for this role are as follows:
- Contribute to team discussions related to key findings learned from research and link these to implications for the client
- Take responsibility for the development of a successful project plan with minimal direction from senior team members
- Provide on-project training for junior team members to develop research material outlines and drafts and provides guidance on the best approaches
- Guide the development of new slide frameworks and visual templates that can present insights into the most powerful and compelling fashion
- Provide best practices and guidance to junior team members for effective internal and external email communication
- Go above and beyond the task that has been set in order to advance the work beyond the original request
You
We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following qualities
- 3+ years’ experience within a healthcare market research environment, having end-to-end involvement in projects
- Excellent client management skills, with proven experience in client-facing roles
- Strong organisation and time management abilities, able to adhere to deadlines
- Well written, able to communicate to clients through written channels, without errors
- Innovative and able to think out of the box to offer solutions which weren’t immediately apparent.
