Senior Sales Consultant – Healthcare Market Research – London
The Company
We are working with a leading fieldwork services provider, who have a strong global presence, and are experts in physician engagement and data collection.
Their main purpose is to help clients increase the effectiveness of healthcare market research projects by offering access to literature and ensuring panel participants are of unrivalled suitability, and quality.
You will be joining a tight-knit Sales Team, who have both been with the company for over 10 years, having excellent product knowledge, industry contacts and a strong ambition to succeed.
The Role
Playing a lead role in business development, your prime responsibility is in managing client relationships and achieving sales targets with nominated Key Accounts by building trusted relationships with clients.
You will be tasked with generating revenue from existing and lapsed accounts, identifying clients needs and promoting relevant services, from our clients highly scored product offering.
- Key Account sales. Increasing revenue from nominated Key Accounts by growing strong relationships through expertise and guidance
- Project Bidding. Evaluating proposal requests and liaising with internal stakeholders to prepare competitive proposals
- Service knowledge. Understand, articulate and promote the full suite of services available and their value
- Client management. Play a valuable role in managing client expectations, ensuring outstanding client satisfaction
- Client updates. Take ownership of client updates on all project progress, identifying and communicating issues to client, with the upmost professionalism
You
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Gained a minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical market research experience
- An existing network within the industry and can hit the ground running from day 1
- Able to demonstrate excellent client interaction and project management
- Has an understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare market research regulations and compliance
- Demonstrates knowledge of global market research and ability to perform and execute complex projects
- Possesses the ability to build strong client relationships and to identify and close sales opportunities
