Strategic Events Manager – Contract role - London/Hybrid

The Role
- Developing yearly meeting strategy, based on the company’s strategic focus.
- Facilitating all meeting content and agenda.
- Pull through larger meeting strategy, with the organisation’s goals.
- Working with brand teams to bring their visons to life for launch meetings.
- Overseeing the end-to-end process on internal meetings, ensuring the meeting in the accordance with all industry codes.
- Develop and maintain budget.
- Implementing best practice.
- Manage and oversee the onboarding of new employees.
- Working cross functionally with other groups for effective communication and collaboration.
You
- You must have 5 years experience within medical events, planning and executing.
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and manage budgets.
- Proactive, problem solver.
- Ability to motivate and think outside the box.
