Territory Manager – Small European Pharma – North West England – Competitive financial package


The Company

  • Our client has a presence across Europe, with a small, successful team in the UK.
  • The company has a closeknit feel in the UK with lots of longevity in the team and some impressive career success stories.
  • They have a strong heritage in ophthalmology, with a wide ranging portfolio of prescription products for a number of different ophthalmic conditions, with unique selling points.


The Role

  • Within this role as a Territory Manager working within ophthalmology, you will be responsible for promoting an ophthalmology portfolio into secondary care, primary care and dispensing doctors.
  • You will be given the autonomy to hold the conversations with the healthcare professionals you see fit to drive the business forward across your territory.
  • You will be required to do stakeholder mapping across the area whilst also prioritising your accounts effectively to maximise impact.
  • You will be responsible for managing, developing and growing relationships with customers and key advocates and implementing any projects or marketing that will be effective in driving the business.
  • The territory will include Liverpool, Manchester, bordering the West of Huddersfield, up to the Southern Lakes and down to Crewe.



  • To be considered for this ophthalmology Territory Manager role you will be a proactive and successful pharma salesperson with a “make it happen” kind of attitude.
  • The manager is open to someone relatively new in the industry, as long as you have had some exposure to the hospital environment.
  • You will be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and able to discuss success promoting established products and ideally launching new medicines.
  • This role requires excellent business planning and a strong team player.
  • Our client is looking for someone that has genuine passion for sales and thrives in working in a competitive environment and sharing best practice with the team.
