We are proud to be partnering with a leading health communications agency, recognised globally for its creative, strategic and scientifically grounded campaigns. They’re expanding their pharmaceutical communications team and are looking for a passionate Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join them on high-profile, career-defining projects.

The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in delivering strategic communications for major pharmaceutical accounts — focusing 50% of your time on cardiovascular work, and 50% across other therapy areas. Your projects will span congress support, clinical data communications (Phase 2 and 3), corporate comms and disease awareness campaigns.
You’ll manage core client relationships, ensure the smooth running of projects, and bring scientific rigour and creativity together to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leading account activity and acting as the trusted day-to-day client contact
• Managing congress activities, scientific communications and data milestones
• Supporting corporate and disease awareness campaigns from planning to execution
• Overseeing timelines, budgets, and internal resource management
• Advising clients on scientific and regulatory considerations
• Spotting opportunities for account growth and innovation

You Will Bring:
• Experience as an AM or SAM within healthcare communications
• Strong scientific knowledge, particularly around data and regulatory frameworks
• Exceptional organisational, client management and communication skills
• Cardiovascular experience is an advantage, but not essential
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and passion for delivering excellence
