And soon after, became entrenched within the growing sector of Market Access, HEOR, and RWE in which we’ve now been operating for over 10 years.

We are now operating our North American Consultancy support arm out of Kelowna, British Columbia, and our European team is based in Manchester, UK.

Louise Lavelle

Associate Director, Healthcare Communications team lead

Louise leads our Healthcare Communications team of 6 consultants who specialise in their own area within Medical Communications, Medical Education, Healthcare Advertising, Healthcare PR and central functions including HR, Finance, IT and Administration roles.

She supports numerous clients in the UK and US and operates on assignments at the Director and Executive end of these markets.

Louise has an MSC in Crime, Law and Society and a BSc in Economics, and has over 17 years of recruitment experience. For the last 9 years she has been at Carrot working entirely within the Healthcare Communications market.
