The Role
- Conceptualise and design compelling visual content across a variety of formats, including patient education resources, brand campaigns, and digital assets.
- Work closely with clients, colleagues and stakeholders to ensure design work is accessible, strategically aligned, and brand compliant.
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to pitches with creative ideas and polished execution.
- Maintain high standards of design, accuracy, and consistency across all projects -Using strong typographic, layout, and troubleshooting skills.
- Manage multiple deadlines and project workflows, ensuring timely, print-ready or digital delivery with meticulous attention to detail.
You
- Will have at least 3 years’ experience in a graphic design role, ideally within healthcare or similar purpose-driven industries – Experience with a Healthcare marketing, advertising or communications agency would be preferred.
- Have a strong, diverse portfolio showcasing campaign materials, infographics, digital content and more.
- Are confident using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and ideally have some exposure to video editing, animation or web design.
- Are proactive, curious, and solutions-focused, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are driven by a desire to create work that makes a real difference.
