Process Engineer (Manufacturing) - Wisconsin – Medical Device CMO – Upto $105k Salary D.o.E +

Strong, family run, contract manufacturer of medical devices and instruments in Wisconsin.
The Role
-
Directly reporting into the Director of Manufacturing
-
Responsible for providing process and technical support – molding and secondary processes.

Work alongside additional teams such as New Product Introduction team.

Injection and compression/transfer molding, thermoplastic, high consistency rubber, liquid silicone rubber expertise.

Develop scientific molding principles.

Follow necessary operating procedures and instructions.

Ensure products are ready for production & input into IQ, OQ and PQ as required.
You
-
5+ Years’ Experience – Hand’s on Process Engineer (Molding).

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
-
Strong knowledge with variety of materials, application of scientific molding principles and process equipment.

Experience with pad printing, sonic welding, milling and deflashing.

Strong team player and comfortable working in fast environment.
