We are very pleased to announce that on Friday 19th May 2023, Carrot Recruitment found a new home as we became part of Compass Recruitment Solutions.
Compass Recruitment Solutions (CRS) is an independently owned specialist recruitment solutions business focussed on companies and investors across health, care, education, and life sciences markets in the UK and increasingly internationally. It operates under the Compass Executives, Compass Life Sciences (CLS), Compass Associates, and Compass Corporate Services (CCS) brands to provide a full service offering from fully retained executive search, to contingent solutions for businesses. Their focus is predominantly on companies and investors across the health, care, education, and life sciences markets.
CRS was formed in January 2010 by Founders, Sam Leighton-Smith, Mike Jeffreys, and Chris Russell. Since then, they have grown the group into a very successful, premium recruitment brand with over 140 employees.
The group have been awarded a number of industry awards and accolades in its history, which includes Recruiter of the Year at the 2017, 2019 and 2021 HealthInvestor Awards; LaingBuisson's 2019 Recruiter Award, and Search firm of the year for the Compass Executives brand at the 2022 HealthInvestor Awards. CRS are proud recipients of Investors in People - Gold Accreditation in November 2022, the first time the business participated in the standard.
This exciting partnership of our two companies will enable Carrot Recruitment’s growth into new markets and new geographies as we work together towards a brighter future in the Life Sciences recruitment space.
