Six Senior KAM roles were in scope across the UK with a specific brief on the experience and skill set required for the build.

Carrot Recruitment had a six-week exclusivity on the roles.

The Carrot marketing team produced a targeted advert for the roles and leveraged all channels to create awareness and interest, especially with passive candidates.​

The recruitment team proactively contacted all relevant individuals identified and drew up a short list based on the client brief.

Outcome

The Outcome

All roles were filled by Carrot, five of them within six weeks whilst the remaining role was filled within 10 weeks. ​

​All candidates passed probation and Carrot remains the single preferred tier 1 supplier for the client.
