The client had previously utilised an incumbent provider to source candidates for seven new specialist Senior Market Access Manager roles ahead of a product launch in Haematology. No roles had been filled within the first month of competitor recruitment activity.
We were instructed to commence searching and implemented a different approach.
Competitor KAMs were mapped across the UK market and suitable candidates were identified.
Matching of experience and skills was carried out prior to face-to-face screenings to ascertain team and company fit, with a prioritised shortlist of high calibre candidates presented to the client.
Four of the seven vacancies were filled by Carrot candidates following this approach.
All passed probation and Carrot were moved to be a Tier 1 preferred supplier for the client across the business.
