The client was launching both a range of new products and a new arm of their company, so had a number of Regulatory Affairs positions to fill.

Due to the nature of the company, they were looking for Regulatory candidates with experience in Medical Devices, Medicines, Cosmetics or Biocides.

Through site visits and weekly catch up calls with Talent Acquisition, we developed a strong understanding of the company values and the type of candidates they were looking for. 


The Outcome

We were working alongside three other agencies on these roles. Carrot Recruitment sent 74 CVs for these (of which 49 progressed to first interview). The competitor agencies supplied nine CVs combined.

Since March 2018 we have successfully placed 14 Regulatory Affairs professionals into their company, often persuading candidates to relocate significant distances for their role.
