The Role

• You’ll be part of the Creative Marketing team working with global healthcare clients

• Deliver excellent client liaison - Providing honest and strategic support to leading accounts – supporting them with development of creative communication strategy

• Undertaking financial development of your clients through optimising income, managing and tracking budgets

• Help to build and develop strong client teams by managing and support team members with their performance and career development – acting as a mentor / role model and contributing to the success and growth of the team

You

• You’ll be bringing a wealth of healthcare communications, marketing or advertising experience including working at a senior level (ideally as an account director) within a client servicing team

• Must have line management and people development experience

• You will have a passionate and curious approach to healthcare marketing with confident communication skills
