Account Director – Medical Education – Buckinghamshire – £60K - £70K and great benefits!

Independently owned medical education agency that have been established for 10+ years and who continue going from strength to strength. They are looking to hire an Account Director to help lead on delivery of projects.

• They provide a host of services from opinion leader and advocacy management, advisory boards, satellite meetings through to webinars and podcasts and much more.

The Role

• Understand the accounts, client brands, strategy, and market environments
• Lead the design and implementation of the medical education programmes, providing leadership to the team.
• Provide regular updates to clients, managing any changes to plans or projects.
• Prepare briefs, writing proposals and project plans.
• Working with the client to suggest creativity beyond clients’ ideas when developing campaigns.      
• Tracking finances, budgets, timesheets and final project reconciliation.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and lead on pitches

You

• Experience with a healthcare agency as a Senior Account Manager or an Account Director.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Solid client partnership skills.
• Have a passion for healthcare and an enthusiasm for the work they do.
• A proactive and positive mindset.
