Client Success Manager (Remote) – Healthcare Consultancy – Spanish speaking - £45,000

The Company

  • The team supports our clients pharmaceutical company and agency partners to deliver projects that enable them to gather and deliver compelling insights, from their target HCP audience.

The Role

  • Deliver own projects to a high standard, ensuring project goals are achieved on time and within budget, and high client satisfaction ratings are attained.
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction by providing a positive experience with effective and timely delivery of all research programs.
  • Ensure that the research methodology, instruments, and vendors for each assigned project are the best fit for achieving results.
  • Evaluate and optimize quantitative surveys created internally and externally.
  • Manage and coordinate the research process of each assigned project to achieve objectives.

You

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following qualities to be considered:

  • Must be able to speak Spanish fluently. Being either based in the UK or Spain.
  • At least 2 years’ experience working on healthcare market research projects, with a solid understanding of quantitative research.
  • Prior experience of client facing responsibilities, preferably in a consultative capacity.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client management skills.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
