The Role
As the Global Director of Medical Strategy, you will be a scientist with strong strategic skills able to:
- Lead the strategy development for multiple client accounts in medical communications
- Build trusting partnerships with clients to consult and advise on their scientific / medical strategy and content
- Craft the strategic approach to drive the necessary shifts in audience mindset
- Oversee all deliverables from a medical strategy perspective to ensure alignment with medical and commercial goals
- Work closely with cross-functional leads to ensure a holistic approach across strategy, creative development and key tactics
You
A healthcare communications agency background, likely with a PharmD, MD or PhD, and with expertise in building medical strategy for Med Comms:
- Analytical thinking – create clear and compelling analysis to guide client’s projects
- Communication – drives emphasis and differentiation to shift minds and behaviours
- Creative Thinking – Inspire team to take risks and challenge convention with bold ideas to differentiate the brand
