Insight Consultant (Qual) – Market Research Agency – London (Hybrid) - £38,000 - £45,000 DOE
The Company
We're working with a fantastic market research agency who pride themselves on taking an innovative approach and delivering compelling insights to a wide array of international pharmaceutical healthcare clients.
The Role
Your primary function will be the successful management and delivery of primary market research studies (from brief / proposal through debrief), with a focus on qualitative research approaches. This role also involves a large client facing element, leading discussions and presentations.
This will include:
- Managing research projects end-to-end, from design to execution
- Providing mentorship and lead qualitative story telling to junior member of the team
- Utilising advanced qualitative research techniques and implement improvements to analysis

Were looking for someone who :
- Has a keen interest and knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry
- Has 5+ years of experience designing and delivering patient, HCP and payor qualitative research for pharmaceutical and Med Tech brands
- Is skilled in qualitative material design and moderation (IDIs, focus groups, in-homes, digital ethnography)
- Is motivated to explore to deliver powerful and compelling narratives
- Is motivated by the of the challenge of delivering on complex topics and briefs
