Medical Writer – Medical Education IME – Needs Assessments - Remote UK / Europe

The Role
This Medical Writer will lead the development of content for IME and CME grants, needs assessments and RFPs.
- Collaborate with internal and external experts to identify existing practice gaps in medicine and unmet needs
- Develop strategic needs assessments to align practice gaps and unmet needs with educational solutions
- Create supportive literature reviews and suggest themes, learning objectives and agendas.
- Analyse activity outcomes data to establish educational uptake and remaining gaps
- Contribute to other CME accreditation documents
You
To be successful as an IME Medical Writer, it is ideal to have around 5 years of experience in medical education including writing needs assessments, and:
- Knowledge of rules and regulations overseeing medical education
- Experience writing for a variety of professional audiences (physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other HCPs)
- Ability to become familiar with new diseases and conditions quickly
- Research, compile and analyse clinical and scientific evidence quickly
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to maintain attention to detail and quality
