The Role

If you an experience Market Research professional who has a keen interest in the operational side of the industry, then this role could be a fantastic fit for you.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A passion for challenging existing ways of working
• A keen eye for detail, who enjoys reviewing existing procedures
• The confidence and experience to implement tangible change
• A solid understanding of the technology available to support change

The main function of this role is to:

• Lead the review and assessment of existing operational procedures
• To evolve, improve and develop appropriate processes through meticulous planning and review
• To implement the necessary change required to ensure that our client can continue to offer market leading and impactful service.

You

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following qualities:

• A minimum of 5 years of operational experience within the research industry
• Educated to a minimum of degree level.
• A track record of implementing change, efficiencies & improvement.
• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to process improvement.
