The Role

The main function of this role is to lead the review and assessment of existing and future operational procedures; to evolve, improve and develop appropriate processes and implement the necessary change required to ensure that our client can continue to offer market leading and impactful service.

Working closely with the VP, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who likes to challenge existing processes and technological capabilities within a business to ensure that they remain the most appropriate, up-to-date and efficient for the business and their clients

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following qualities:

• A minimum of 5 years of operational experience within the research industry
• Educated to a minimum of degree level.
• A track record of implementing change, efficiencies & improvement.
• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to process improvement.
