Senior Account Manager – Milwaukee, Wisconsin – Fast Growing Family-Owned Contract Manufacturer of Medical Devices – Up to $130k Salary + Bonus + Benefits, DoE

The Company

• A total solution partner to the Medical Device industry, with a broad range of design, development and manufacturing capabilities.
• Currently undergoing a multi-million-dollar expansion project to improve their offering and assist with their continued growth.
• They have a long-standing track record in the industry and partner with many of the world’s largest medical device companies.

The Role

• The senior account manager will play a leading role in the development and execution of the company’s account management and growth plan.
• You’ll work closely with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships. Growing those accounts through the effective management of existing business and acquisition of new business.
• You’ll be a central point of contact responsible for the oversight and delivery of both internal and external customer initiatives.
• Organising and hosting customer visits to the company’s facilities.

You

• Have previously worked as an Account Manager, or in a similar role.
• Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related subject.
