Regional Business Manager – Healthcare Service Provider – South West – Competitive Salary + company car + bonus
The Company
- Our client is a specialist service provider, and they work in close partnership with the NHS.
- They have a strong team of 30+ Sales Reps who drive referrals to increase business on their territories.
- They have a culture of working hard but also very much protect work life balance and there is a real sense of belonging and team spirit.
- The company has grown very impressively in recent years due to their exceptional offering.
- The current RBM has moved to a different role within the company, leaving a vacancy to lead the South West sales team to continued success.
The Role
- As a Regional Business Manager, you will manage a team of 8 Sales Reps, promoting an incredible healthcare service which has fantastic patient feedback.
- You will work with the team to ensure robust account plans are in place for each territory, in line with the national goal.
- You will support your team on in call excellence, through coaching and supporting on regular field visits.
- You will work closely with the management team on strategy, adherence to the overall company objectives, sharing best practice and strategic and innovative ideas for success.
- You will ensure the team target is hit or exceeded for the South West region.
- You will be responsible for day to day team management, performance reviews, territory budget management, team promotions, expenses, training and recruitment etc.
You
- You might currently be an experienced Sales Manager, with demonstrable success in leading a team to hit and exceed their sales targets, ideally leading a field-based sales team in a professional industry that is healthcare related.
- You might be a pharma or healthcare Key Account Manager or Territory Manager or Field Trainer who has perhaps covered a secondment in management, completed management training programmes and has dotted line reports from more junior team members. If you have strong ambitions to get into management and exposure to a management role but there are no available management opportunities in your current company, this could be an ideal role for you to step into.
- The main requirements are someone who can bring people along with them on a journey, a true people person who can motivate and engage. Someone with tangible examples of coaching in call and someone confident with key account planning.
- Demonstrable experience of leading, managing, coaching people to manage a high performing team of motivated sales people.
