Research Manager – Rare Diseases Market Research Agency - Buckinghamshire - Hybrid - £40 – 50K

The Company

A specialist Rare Diseases market research and medical communications agency is now looking to expand their team and bring on board a Research Manager. This company aim to transform the lives of patients through specialist knowledge, support, advocacy, and research.

• They work in partnership with patient advocacy groups, charities, and pharmaceutical companies.

The Role

As a Research Manager you will be responsible for running a portfolio of mixed method studies from proposal through to delivery ensuring both strategic deliverables and project objectives are clearly understood and delivered on time. You will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with pharmaceutical companies, international KOL’s and patient advocacy organisations on projects that make a difference in the rare disease community.

• Planning research studies including choice of methodology and protocol development.

• Coaching / managing junior researchers and reviewing their work

• Building and maintaining strong client relationship.

You

To be successful in this role you will need:

• 4+ years’ experience in pharma / healthcare market research

• Qualitative & Quantitative methodology experience preferred

• Experience with patient research (Ideal)

• Experience managing studies from proposal through to delivery
