Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst – Pharmaceutical Company – Buckinghamshire - £55 – 65K

Our client is a UK affiliate of an Italian based pharmaceutical company. Their diverse healthcare portfolio includes innovative pharmaceuticals, consumer health products, diagnostic tools, and aesthetics. As a result of business growth, the commercial analytics team is now looking for an experienced Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst! Why join this company?

The Role

This is an opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a growing commercial excellence team. Responsibilities include:

• Providing high quality analytical insight and recommendations to ensure maximum return from salesforce investment

• Developing and running highly motivating salesforce incentive schemes

• Conduct regular customer profiling and monitoring reports

• Take charge of all CRM activity for required therapy areas

• Provide support to marketing, sales and senior management on ad-hoc analysis when required

You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following attributes:

• 1 to 2 years’ experience of sales force effectiveness / business analytics

• Pharmaceutical experience

• Ideally you will have experience using Tableau or Power BI (not essential)

• Highly proficient in Microsoft excel (Advanced user)

• Familiarity with UK pharmaceutical data
